your craft as a C-level leader with at least 20 years of business
experience and demonstrated ability to create, implement, teach,

Our firm focuses on consumer products, manufacturing, construction,
distribution & logistics, and business & professional services. Based in
the Midwest, we work with clients across the nation.

Consultants who work with FortéONE develop a stronger relationship with the firm by working on multiple client projects. The path for a FortéONE consultant is often:

  • Subject Matter Experts – Consultants with expertise in a specific industry or service offering begin their work with us as part of a team focusing on their area of experience.

  • Functional Experts – Consultants with C-level/senior management expertise work within a team to assess their functional offering (Six Factors) and how it relates to the Client as a whole.

  • Engagement Leaders – Select Consultants with broad business experience and leadership roles are selected to take on the leadership role to run an engagement, after proving themselves on multiple projects as a Functional Expert. They may be included in the business development process.

  • Practice Leaders and Managing Directors – After working with FortéONE to lead multiple engagements, select Engagement Leaders develop a closer partnership with FortéONE. Practice Leaders and Managing Directors work to develop their expertise within the firm and participate in the business development process. Managing Directors will also contribute to firm strategy development.
